Commercial Property
The goal of any commercial insurance program is protecting your real and business personal property. Regardless of the size of your business, tangible property usually represents a significant portion of your total assets. We will tailor a Commercial Property Policy to meet the specific needs of your business.

Commercial General Liability
Every business needs Commercial General Liability Coverage (CGL). CGL is designed to cover the bodily injury and property damage liability exposures related to operating your commercial business. Basic areas covered by the CGL include the ownership or use of your premises, coverage for defined contractual agreements, coverage for products manufactured, sold or distributed by you, your completed operations, personal and advertising injury liability, and medical payments coverage. All coverages are subject to policy definitions, exclusions and limitations.

Business Automobile
All commercial operations have some type of automobile liability exposure from the following:

• Owned autos
• Leased autos
• Hired autos
• Non-owned autos
• Certain types of mobile equipment

Even if your exposure is relatively simple, such as the office administrative assistant driving their car to pick up supplies, or complex with heavy trucks operating on the road, the liability exposure is significant.

Workers Compensation
Regardless of the size of your business, you have a need for Workers Compensation and Employers Liability coverage. Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Coverage insures against claims for work-related injuries or diseases suffered by your employees. Other states’ insurance can be incorporated in the policy if you are working outside of your state of domicile.

Excess Liability Coverage
Excess Liability Coverage provides additional limits over General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Employer’s Liability coverage forms or policies. In addition, it is a stand-alone coverage form, and may include coverage not provided in the underlying coverage forms or policies.

Employment Practices Liability Insurance
Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) is available for the indemnification for liability covered acts, and for the legal costs to defend claims such as sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination, and the legal liability for such acts. The legal costs for defending these types of allegations can run into thousands of dollars. Many policies cover employees as additional insureds and can provide coverage for similar types of claims brought forth by third parties.

Professional Liability
If your operation is legally recognized as a professional organization or your employees are recognized as professionals (such as engineers, architects, accountants, etc.), you and your company are held to a high degree of accountability. Claims brought forth as a result of professional acts are not covered under a company’s Commercial General Liability policy. Professional liability insurance is essential for your professional exposure.

The types of insurance coverage listed above are just a few of the many types of coverage available. In addition to the above coverages, we can also provide:
